idk about you but id bust out the phone book and call the tax collector / tag office .. i know in fl its
$100 for a tag
$35 for a title transfer
$35 for registration
and tax so if you bought the car for $2000
you'd pay $140 in tax so $175 for registration

what do you mean it needs notarized? Go to pa department of transportation.
