depends on your budget. you can get pretty good setups around the ($500-$700) range with some skunk2 pro series coilovers, or ($800-$1000) range and get full coilovers with the option of various dampning levels and ride heights. Function + Form, F2, K Sport, TIEN are all good brands to consider.
Such an open ended question... What exactly is "handle better?"
Throwing sway bars on a car, or upgrading to $800 coilovers or $2500 coilovers will change the way your car handles, but it's all variable in a variety of situations.
I have about $4k worth of suspension on my car and I haven't touched a sway bar yet. You really need to drive your car to tell what it needs. For how my car is currently, with the way I drive, i MAY upgrade my front sway, but the biggest thing that would affect my handling would be upgrading my tires. I can't even run a rear sway with my suspension right now, but if I managed to get one, it would be next to useless and a waste of money.
I went through the phase of buying really nice coils, subframe braces, LCAs, sways and all that stuff on my last car, but when it was all said and done, it probably wasn't the best idea because it wasn't set up properly for my driving.
You need to assess what you DONT like about how your car handles, then go from there. "better" is too broad because there are many different "betters"
