Default Finally got heR - new CW project -

So after debating on this car for about 2 weeks, I decided to pick heR up.

I could not be happier about getting her even though many of my friends told me I was paying 2 much and that it will take 2 much work. She is very dirty and will need a lot of work but I'm very excited about bringing her back to life !

Here she is - 1996 Integra Type R - real deal RHD - registered !

* I will try to update this with pictures and updates - I will be looking for parts so if you guys have anything I need, please send me a pm and hopefully I can start putting it together. Feel free to donate anything that is taking up space in your garage.

Well it's a start. Got a long road ahead.
I'm sure I'll turn out great.
Bring that thing back to life.

The caR looks very similar to my rebuild, minus the busted steering column. Goodluck with the rebuild.

Paid to much? How much is to much?

What specific parts are you looking for?

Thanks guys - I'm planning on putting her back together with mostly oem parts but I'm debating what motor setup. I have a jdm itr motor that I will probably put in her but I may decide to put a turbo setup in it ( I know u guys dont like turbo R's )....

Debating if I should put 5 lug on it or leave the 4x114 setup... not sure but I will probably 5 lug it !

I'm looking for the jdm front in CW preferably and I need a cw wing !

I need a new steering column and some power folding mirrors & side skirts.

leave the 4x114.3 on it, that's half of what makes a '96 spec JDM R, it's really individual.

From Japan to NY to Philly to Mississippi to You.

BTW when you say lower subframe bar you mean the lower tiebar? If so I got one.

that picture makes me sad but gives me more motivation !

I knew it was super clean from before.... my buddy that lives in Mississippi told me that he knew the previous owner in miss & that he kept it really clean

Makes me sad to think that theives ruin such nice cars

Why the hell would you swap the 4-lug for 5-lug? What you have on there now is both true and original to the car as well as completely functional. I wouldn't change a thing original on that car with the exception of maybe the 98+ HID headlights. Thats just me though.

Sweet, Looks like you picked it up after all. I know someone who has a CW wing for sale out in Denton; I think you know who I'm talking about.

Looks like a fun and worthy project Best of luck and I can't wait to see heR progress. IMO, I'd keep heR close to 96 Spec stock
