Default name this piece?

Im trying to find which piece this is for my car. it is connected to the bulk head, holds the bumper clip, which attatches to the bumper. Its shaped like an 'L' and is metal. Ive been looking on hondapartsdeals.com but im kinda confused. The piece i think is it on the site, is listed as a splash guard but i dont think thats what it would be called. I need it to mount my bumper on the passenger side.

no thats not it. It faces toward the fender. Its parallel to the fender and has the slide assembly bolted onto it. That is where those 2 screws in the wheel well are located to get the bumper off.
