"daily driver" means driven daily.
"street legal" means legal for streets and sometimes driven for transportation.

 

not too be a wiseass... but I drive my daily driver... uh... daily.
It is also my autocross car too... track car... anything.

 

Yup same here. Don't have the $$$ to have all these cars.

Daily driven should be just that. Driven to and from work, to the mall, the gas station, have the headaches that everyone else has with driving a car. Not a trailer queen.

I only drive my civic at the autox now. Kinda a pain to have to still pay insurance for a car I never drive. It's actually a real pain in the *** to drive on the street. LOUD, BUMPY, and RATTLES

 

.....imho, ~5 days a week counts a daily driver.

that's funny, my car is more likely to break down going to work than at the track

 

I had asked Jedd if he was coming to CMP, but he said he couldn't make it. I even tried to encourage Beth to attend.

As for daily drivers, my CRX race car is now licensed, inspected, and insured, but I haven't been driving it to work just yet (need more practice with getting over the door bar). However, I _do_ drive a CRX to work every day. None would be considered driven *daily* since I currently have 4 CRXs licensed.
