hasport doesn't make v6 mounts for the EF chassis

there is a Crx around my neighborhood with a legend motor. IMO it looks gross in there. not too mention the wheels stick out way past the fenders because of the axels. The front of the car is a tank with all that weight. I hate the swap. Ruined another ef

Pinho had a J-series in a hatch but has since pulled the motor out and sold the shell.

P2Racing locally had a J in an EF, you can find some pictures by searching around.

i would imagine the torque and i would LOVE it!

but i would hate the fact that i just troubled and fitted an engine with no aftermarket support

True. But at the same time that's about as far as it goes. No after market support whatsoever....plus the fab work is ridiculous. he has to hack up the firewall. And the car can no longer handle!! I give them props for the time and effort and thinking outside the box but crx should stay 4 cyl. If you want more torque go H22 and put your money on a motor that has potential.

Again props for the time and effort that took but it's just not my cup of tea. And why would they put the 3.2 base model in there? I would have gone for the type-s at least if I was already going that route. the issue is still there great going straight but the front is now a tank. More understeer than he can chew.

Car is designed for drag, and I don't think it matters with the ginourmous turbo slapped onto the front.

Well if it's designed for Drag than yeah it's a good setup. But he asked has anyone seen a V6 swap in a rex and I replied yes but IMO I did not like the swap. If it's good for anything it's for going straight as I posted in the previous post. I never said it wasn't good for going straight (drag).

I wanted to do this swap a couple years back but can't shake the H love the H. The v6 like mentioned above be just to heavy over whats currently bein swaped (drag only).

Wiring, Weight, and getting it to run good probably the 3 main worries of this swap
