I just recently pulled my motor to put a new type r tranny on. Due to some missing bearings from my old lsd haha. Just recently the motor has started to cut out kind of like a bad plug. So I replaced those. I use ngk v power plugs with msd plug wires. It started doing the same thing again. So as I start in first gear and I punch it to like half throttle from about 1000 to 2500 it seems to cut out, but after that it is fine. It sounds similar to a two step between those rmps on initial throttle. Could it be caused from the check engine light that is on because of my speed gear or speed sensor being out? Is it spark fuel air related? I thought maybe a fuel filter might help it hasn't been changed in awhile, but it seems as if it were a fuel filter it would cut out more than just at low rpms. Let me know some thoughts so I can check some things out.
