Default how do i know how much power my engine can handle?

i know this is going to sound like a lot of fail, but let me know what you thing. no don't tell me to get another bike. i have another bike that is a hell of a lot faster. that's not the point of this project. ive always wanted a turbocharged bike, not to go 250mph but to have as kind of a novelty item.

the engine is a 2003 honda 919 (919cc) i will try and give as much info as i can but at the end of the day i think i know what you answers will be. please keep in mind that this engine is STOCK!

71x58mm (4 cylinder)
10.8:1

the bike makes about 100hp @ 9K with peak Torque at about 64ft lbs. thing is, the tq curve is almost 100% flat from 3500 to 10K which is one of the reasons i love the bike. ill be running it on Pump gas with little management. ignition is manually retarded (no under management) and the fuel is through a Power commander. I do have access to a wide band. im still looking at other ignition options but haven't decided just yet. ive searched the web but theres not a lot of info for the 919 being turbocharged.
