13 x 8 Rota RB fit w/o rubbing?

Default 13 x 8 Rota RB fit w/o rubbing?
These are 13 X 6 but I'm wondering if 13 x 8 w/ 4 offset fit w/o rubbing on a 91 Civic lowered on Eibach Sportsline springs.

Totally depends on the tires. They should clear your brakes though.

i have 2 of these with 24.5"x8x13 slicks on them and they dont rub too bad but the car isnt slammed real low.
