how is it a rear fog if its wired as a brake light? you should wire it to run with the parking lights or front fogs (if you have them). you have a mugen. do it right!

 

you would need a
-flat piece of white plastic
-43 10mm leds(i got mine on ebay)
-soldering iron
-4 screws and nuts
if you have a us mugen, the rear diffuser has a block off for the led light, it comes off by removing two 10mm nuts i use the block off as a stencil. I drilled 2 holes for each led wired pos. with pos. and neg. with neg. with a resistor. I also rounded off the head of the screws for more detail i used this picture i found on google images

 

Ya know...I've never been a fan of this mod (and I'm still not) but props to you for doing it cleanly. Those ones that hang off of the bumper from a ziptie or a stick of chewing gum look god awful. Yours at least looks like it belongs there. I still think it's dumb (no offense) and SIV is right about it being on when the nights are on, not as a brake light. But it looks good from the one pic I've seen.

also it not that bright so i just used it as a break light i did think about a running light but for now am using it as a break light

props to you man i been looking for the RR fog light forever! but now i think im just going to do the DIT thanks for the mini write up im going to use mine at a foglight only though not a brake light

mugen will only give RR parts to RR owners.

 

and they probably cost an arm, a leg, and a couple teeth

it kinda retarded that mugen would only sell to mugen owners when they know damn well there is tons of people would buy them! mugen would make money from us!

 

i been asking Mugen if they will sell me one for my Mugen Si but NOOOOOOO. only the RR can get it.

 

I support their decision.

We need less ricer-wannabes on the road. I've seen enough civics with Z3/M3 fenders.

 

Mugen should be happy from the people who would pay for them and actually make money instead saying of no and no.
