I'm still running a DC Sports USDM 4-1.

Most of the aftermarket "Cats" are for the JDM spec headers, so it might be a little harder to find a higher-performance replacement for the stock USDM one.

If you're going to bother with getting a cat, b-pipe and muffler then you might as well just get the JDM spec one that has the larger inner diameter than the USDM.

However, that being said I'll be going turbo soon and will have no use for the header, and I have a USDM test pipe to go with it.
Only thing is that the smaller diameter of the collector in the header and the test pipe give the exhaust note a bit of a raspy/tinny sound.

In short, decide why you want another exhaust, then get the best you can afford. Ed.

 

i've been running USDM DC 4-1 w/stock cat, bpipe, exhaust for about 2 yrs. it's been ok... high end felt better... that's about it.
i'm about to sell the header for whatever i can get for it once i get my jdm 4-1 in!
