I had that setup and it only rubbed in the rear when my car was lowered under heavy turning. At stock height no rubbing.

if you are tucking. try going 205/45/16. i have 195/50/16 on some 16x7 and i dont rub, maybe because i have a stiff suspension.

your not even rubbing against the fenders either? what your off set and or other specs? i plan to get something like 16" rotas but still stay 205/50 rather then 205/45 i'll raise it if i have to so i tuck less then a 205/45/16 on 205/50

195/50R15 205/50R16
Sidewall Height: 3.84 4.04
Section Width: 7.68 8.07
Overall Diameter: 22.68 24.07
Circumference: 71.24 75.62
Revs per Mile: 917.11 864.15
Speedometer: 65 68.98

You're about an inch and a half taller overall, and about a half inch wider. You might have cause for concern at steering lock, but would probably be ok driving depending on how tucked you are.

your average 205 45 16 is 23.2" and generally works well. you could run 205 40 16 if you really wanted the dump. another thing i would look at is tire selection. the falken 615 only comes in 205 50 15, 205 40 16 and 205 40 17. the hankook s2's can be done in 205 45 16 though.
