the battery light doesnt even come on.i left the hood off and it started raining.any suggestions.i tried another battery

is the small wire from the positive battery terminal connected at the main under hood fuse box?

Do the dash lights come on when you turn the key to "ON" position???

 

the light that shows the brake is on comes on the dash.and im pretty sure i have the positive wire connected.i had a bad ground.i can now crank it but it sounds like it doesnt want to get gas.im not sure what needs to be done.any suggetions.the starter kicks in and everythings moving but.nothing is firing up

 

I'd have a bunch but you just did an engine swap and you didn't give much info. What ecu are you running? Did you do any conversions? Have you check for spark or injector pulse? Did you use an obd1 ecu that requires saturated injectors?...

 

give it some time and keep trying. Typical motor swap prob is it not cranking and runnin like crap for the first hour.

 

Double check your spark plug wires firing order on the cap and valve cover!
That usually does it.
Also check your thermostat ground,transmission ground.

it starts but it runs rich?i think .its throwing code 3,6,9, and 10

 

Fix all your codes!

 

i fixed most of them and i t was running fine.then i left the hood off on accident in the rain. and i did lower the car down of the standswould that do anything?
