spring rubbing against sleeve = squeaks
can somebody help me with this problem. my rear, right spring likes the move around and rub around against my sleeves, resulting in squeaking noises. it's getting really bad and i need the spring to sit flush on the perch. any suggestions? thanks. (i have GCs)
well first do you have keeper springs, They are little soft springs that sit on top of the spring to keep load on it so it doesnt move around.
Also can try using electrical tape around the sleeve, What I do but its only really a temporary fix.
