Default (searched) acura cl wheels on 4th gen... is it even safe!?!?

i have 3 out of 4 matching acura cl wheels (the 5 spoke ones with the slot in the middel of the spoke)

anyway. im thinking about buying a 4th from a yard or something and putting some 50 seires tires on the 16s and useing them for winter wheels.

so my queston is... why the wheels fit(as in bolt up) but seem to wobbel when the lugs are tight yet.. almost like they dont fit the rotor or something.. why is this... i thought a 16 inch honda/acura alloys that are 4x114.3 are direct fit, and interchangable..

another question is.. is it safe to use these wheels or will they like wobbel there way lose or something?

Did you have the wheels balanced?

i say go for the junkyard wheel, you probably have a better chance at getting scammed when buying from the internet

im talking about buying a "true" wheel. i had to pick up a wheel from a local junkyard and this one was 97% from perfect. a few nicks on them but amazing finish.

yeah apex the wheels in those arnt the same design as the ones im talking off. but off the same year.. i think (THINK) the 3 i have are the 3.0 model CL but anyways...

i kjnow they bolt on.. im useing 1 as a spare but the seem like they dont sit properaly againsted the rotor like with my adr visions when u have the lugs off and push the rim againts the rotor it sits flush and these seem to like "flip flop" if you know what i mean, like if i push the bottem on the wheel to the rotor the top will kinda pop away from it. then push the top the bottem will kinda push away, u know what im saying?im just wondering if they just dont fit the rotor and arnt safe or is that a common thing with stock alloys... (idk iv never had stock alloys only rims sence day 1 soo idk if its normal or they dont fit. and if they dont fit. im betting its not safe as a spare)

as far as the tires being balanced, im unsure.. i got them from my old body shop off of a parts car so they may be but chances are slim sence the 4th wheel is a 7 spoke cl wheel and that tire has like nooooooooooooooo tread so.. (the previous owner didnt seem to keep up on them,) but they have good thread so i figuard wtf ill take them theyll fit.. now haveing to use them (as a spare, and possiably a winter wheel) im unsure if they fit?

thanks for the in put guys. if you have more please share it.. thanks

since you normally use aftermarket wheels, did you remember to take the hubcentric ring off of the hub before putting on the alloy wheel?

hmm thats a good question, and im gonna say no, just b.c i didnt take anything off but the wheel and swaped it...

i never saw anything on my hub that looks like it even comes off. i thought my wheels just fit?

what i did notice is that the CL wheels come to the brim of the hub when there on(like theres no surface of the hub showin passed the rim) and my ADR wheels are a littel smaller where they meet the hub... could this be a big issue? or nothing to worrie about?
