i already got a C Pillar in my hatch, and a friend of mine put the Civic's C Pillar on his Prelude for a B Pillar. My question is... if i get another C Pillar for my car, can i modify it to the right adjustments so it will fit the B Pillar?

Maybe. Depends on the mounts and width. I tried to do something similar with an EM racing trunk triangulation bar in my 4dr and ended up using a piece of threaded rod and some left hand nuts to extend it. But in doing so I basically lost the tension on the bar so I took it out. See if your bar is a close fit, I think the connections would be different.
