Default my bike is famous

i randomly go on ebay and i see my bike. i click the ad and this guy is using like 8 pics of my bike. i think its sorta funny that someone would use my bike, but the other part of me thinks its wrong. whoever buys the bike thinks there getting what i have on there. plus the guy never says in the ad that these arent the real pics! i emailed this jackass but i realize theres only 3 hours left on the ad, so oh well...

Your pics, then its yours. You can't represent what you're selling with false images. Thats against ebay rules. Furthermore, he has a brand new account. Look at his wording, he doesn't sound normal..its got a bit of a pushy tone. Sounds like a Somalian scammer.

Who thinks we should turn this over to GDD?

The whole thing looks like a scam, what happens if you win the auction and don't pay? Can anything be done? just negative feedback?

no, seller can't provide negative against buyer anymore. Who thinks we should lead this guy on? Give him a little hell for a while, run in circles etc etc etc?

It must be a scam, the guy asks for half the money up front then you pay the other half when he delivers the bike, so someone could lose a lot of money...

I say lead him on

I am sooooooooo tempted to bid on this. I created a bogus account awhile back when I listed an item and seller didn't pay. Then I returned the favor

And if you look at the bid history every ID starts with a number or letter then three *** and number or letter. And most have 0 feedback.

I have already reported to ebay, however they even admit that their turn around time for investigation is usually 72 hours which does nothing if the auction ends in 2 hours and someone actually bids on it.
