I have a buddy that has a DC2 Integra and his garage space is limited and so are his tools. I was going to let him bring his car over so we can pull the tranny at my house. Once it's pulled can we then tow strap the car back to his house? I need to do a clutch on my Spec Miata and need the space back.

He has a b16 tranny. If 5th and R were out wouldn't you suspect a shift fork? Should a new one be ordered? and where is the best place to snag one for cheap? Once out of the car how involved would it be to add the ls 5th gear? Are there any good and cheap lsd's to look at throwing in there?

This is a full out race car with cage, I understand that 5th might be used at some tracks but its more important to get there at a decent pace. All help is appreciated. Thanks
