Default SEMA updates?

Where are all the updates after SEMA? Normally there are a bunch of threads of new products and announcements? I know a lot of people did not go this year and I sat it out myself. I thought I read a few threads saying there was going to be a big announcement at SEMA about a new import drag association starting up this year.

It was boring! Not much new to see and about 25% smaller than last year!

No outside tents except for Registration. About 30% of the wheel and tire upstair section was empty.

Empty booths here and there all around the show.

You probably already know this, but Hondata just released ems for the s2000. You can send your box in and they will install it for you. Fully tunable with datalogging.

Stay tuned for Exospeeds new 3 piece front end and some other things in the works for the first of the year from them.

We Mfactory will be debuting the new dog engagement trans with some sick ratios for the turbo class. K-series will follow soon after.

We heard of rumors on NHRA coming back to Sport compact. But obviously that went into the hole. Gotta love rumors.

We've had Hondata on our s2000 since march using RSX ecu and parts..kind of a pain and expensive...is it something plug and play or is this what you are reffering to?

I kinda expected the show to be smaller than it was with the economy...i didn't think it was too bad. I had a fun time, bachelor party for the manager of Hard Rock was insane

Not sure, but Bisi seemed in good spirits at Asia.

I didn't have time to go through the new product section. Went by and talked to Larry about the B and K heads he helped developed. Very impressive on both of them. Torco has some new fuel coming out as well as (don't know the correct name" fuel upgrader. It turns xx octane into xx octane and is not an octane booster. Some cool stuff will be coming from Torco but it isn't public yet. We (MFactory) have out B dog engagement, Pro straight cut FD's, axles, and trans cooler coming out. Gathered interest on an NSX PRO gearset after talking to a lot of guys that came by the booth as well as when I stopped by AEM. Brembo has some really nice new brake kits for the road race guys. Wil's new line of wheels looked extremely good, he is also coming out with road race wheels and his 3 piece front end. Other than talking to some of my suppliers I didn't have much time to go around other than the places I already mentioned. I'll get all my pics up sometime tonight but they're just general show and model pics. I didn't carry my camera with me when I went by a lot of booths.

remember this is a true bead lock with bead lock rings and bead lock bolts instead of the typical "screw through" method that is common amongst us.

Was there 3 days and must say I was disappointed to see how much smaller its was than last. Perfectly said above a lot of vendors didn't even attend. Let alone the outside of the show was only registration and picnic area.

Bosch had some nice new pumps in design and in release stages. that was prolly the most interesting thing i seen. Couple nice cars too, but nothing like previous years..

We're still in R&D phase right now with certain designs, so I cant really show anything right now. We've been in the works with this for several months. We were just waiting for certain catalysts in the industry to happen so we can continue with certain projects. I've witnessed a few things the last couple months that made me feel good about SC drag racing. Thats why we're moving on to the next step.
