need help!! ZC tranny rebuild problem
ok guys, i have a problem here. I'm rebuilding my ZC trans because the diff blew into a million tiny pieces. So I get my LSD and all the bearings and seals (used a 91 si as a reference for part numbers) and my new diff bearings are too small. they are actually the same size as the bearings in my LX trans. i don't know what the deal is. Am I referencing the wrong US equivalent? should i be getting 89 integra bearings? anyone with advise who has done this and knows what the hell the right thing is, please help a brother out. thanks
they dont work. the outer diameter of all 88-91 d-series diff bearings (with the exception of the wagon 4wd) is 72 mm. the bearing that came out are 80mm. I just dont know what to cross referance them to. the 91005-pl3-b04 part number has been superceeded by 91005-pl3-008 which is 72mm o.d. thanks for trying
Edit: upon further research i found out that you are right. I'm wrong. the ammended referance number to the B04 bearing is 6208. the same as a 92-95 diff bearing and 88-89 integra diff bearing. the 008 bearing referance number is 6207. I apologize for seeming rude when i hadnt checked out all the facts. thanks for your help.
