Default Benefits of body kits and lowering.

Heres a new topic to get off my performance issue because I now have a general Idea of what i would like to do.

So could make it and more simple? What are the benefits of body kits and lowering my honda?

Lowering a vehicle lowers the roll center; allowing the car to turn without as much body lean.
front air dams, splitters and side skirts are primarily both aerodynamic and cooling considerations .
Cooling because it forces more air thru the radiator, also the insuing vacuum draws heat out from under the engine compartment. The same vacuum also tends to settle the car or it's suspension at higher speeds; helping handling.

Good handling and a proper brake setup are the key to a performance car. Not much good having all that power if you can't control it.

Suspension, Tires and Brake Upgrades are always the first I tackle.
My reason?
1) With a better handling car I can maintain a higher average speed. (I don't have to slow down for as many curves)
2) I can drive more precisely, avoid obstacles in the road
3) I enjoy driving the twisty / turnies whenever I can.
4) There are far more interesting back roads to drive than 1/4 mile tracks.
