Default Lower Cover Removal for timing belt

On the lower cover, there is a 10mm bolt I cannot get off. Its near the top right area and there is no way to squeeze anything in there to remove it. Do I need to raise the engine or drop it some? It would literally take a good 4 to 5 inches in either direction to get to that bolt. I couldn't imagine the engine dropping that much without ruining a motor mount or something. If you are familiar with the top rubber seal that has the metal pop on clip, it is to the right of that.

Maybe this will help. I'm fairly certain it is the one on the right side you can see.
