Help- High idling at normal temps
What year is it? If it is getting older, check your throttle body spring. Then spray some carb cleaner to brak up the **** then spray lithium grease on it.(white ****) see if that helps. Sometimes it will get stuck and won't go all the way down.
Good luck
Good luck
I'm a bit of a non savy when it comes to DIU under the hood stuff, the throttle body is the the piece that connects the air hose and the intake manifold, correct? and the wire by there is the throttle cable? It's a 94 btw

Yeah, just remove teh air hose and the throttle plate is inside. Aim for the hinges. You may also want to open it and clean the edges of the plate and the edges of the throttle body.
ok i looked inside and played with the spring, that seems to not be the problem because it goes all the way horizzontal and vertical, someone in another forum said something about a control for cold weather that might not be working, where is that located? Also how do i take the throttle body plate out?
