Default Out with the old in with the new! Rims

I have a set of RPF1s front 17x8s 43offset (i think) and 17x9s with 45offset. im running 255s in the rear and i just can take the rubbing even after rolling fenders. so im going to just buy new rims. My questiong is what is the most ideal off set front and rear for 17x8s on 225s and 17x9s with 255s. im going to be doing a couple track days hear and there not taking it to serious but would like to not rub at all. I was thinking 55 offset rear 50 offset up front? let me know what you think. thanks for your time.

you need to down grade to a 245 in the rear if thats where its rubbing,...most guys run that with 17x9 +45

You would have luck with standard s2k offsets.... like +50-55 in the front, +63 in the rear.

Those would be very safe offsets! Many of the top wheel manufactures have S2000 specific offset wheels. What wheels do you want/are you getting?

I say your camber isnt enough or get smaller tires in the rear. dont dish out more cash just because of a little rubbing.

okay to start of with in the pic was like the secound day after wheels went on. at this point i have raised the car about a inch in a half or so in the rear and have rolled the fenders and am just not wanting to do it anymore. the wheels im thinking about going with are CCW Classics but im not 100% sure if i want to go that route. Also i have RE01Rs with 95% tread left so i dont want to buy new tires.

RE01Rs won't last long, if that makes any difference.

I run 17x9+63 and can't rub a 275/40-17 anywhere (lowered, rolled, cut bumper and retabbed).
