Default CSX Type S-Civic Type R Conversion

So on friday Christmas has come early for me. I felt like a little kid in a candy store, felt gooood. But here are the pics of all the parts that are needed for FD2(civic type r) body conversion.

Here is a pic of the car

Recieved 2 pallets of parts.

Misc. little pieces which i seem to only have 1 side grill insert.

Front Bumper, upper grill, lower grill, re-bar, and radiator cover.

Fenders

Side Skirts

Rear Bumper, and rear diffuser pieces

And last but not least rear trunk spoiler

So i still haven't decided on weather to keep the car the original color or paint the car championship white to match the conversion. I've got a while to decide since i won't be putting everything on till january or febuary which actually is not too far away. But i'll keep you guys posted on progress and other parts that do come. Now i'll will be waiting on:

Mugen Front Lip
Spoon Sports Carbon Hood
Spoon Sports Carbon Trunk Lid

NICE.

Is that your car already done with the conversion at the top?

If so, are these parts the actual ones you used for the car in the picture??

He has an Acura CSX (Canada)... it is similar to the Type R from the front. Notice, he doesn't need the headlights.

jtaudio0212 - No the picture on top is stock. United States Acura doesn't sell CSX, only canada. If you wanted to do this conversion on a 2006+ Civic Sedan you would also need to buy headlights, taillights, and trunk lid. Which i didn't have to buy cause the CSX already has them.

civic710 - i'll let you know if i'm gonna the my stock parts or not after i get my shiet put on

K5^ - The power plant in the CSX is the K20A3, but the CSX Type S has the K20Z3, so same as the 2006+Civic SI.

Going price for a Halogen front end conversion is $2,500-$2,800 plus shipping. HID headlamps with no HID components is about $1000 more.

Since my Si burned to the ground I am selling my brand new uninstalled HID front end conversion for $2,200 plus shipping

Could you still use the stock CSX hood on the Type R bumper and fenders? and do you still need to change the bumper crash bar for the Type R bumper?

Yes i can. I have a Civic Type R Hood on it now with the Factory Front Bumper and Fenders. And yes you have to change the rebar with the new front bumper which i got also.
