Brakes don't clear 13" wheels

ANY one have this problem?

Just got a set of rotas for my civic and cant get them to fit. Size is 13x7. I do have civic ex rotors and calipers. Just want to know if anyone else had this issue?

I'm sure it depends on what year Civic EX the brakes came from. The older Civics used smaller wheels and smaller brakes. The newer Civics have larger wheels and larger brakes. I don't think any Civics have used wheels smaller than 14" since 1997.

Also, why the superwide wheels? Is this for track use?
