Default 4 Door sedan civics, rear seat head rests?

I've been trying to find some pictures of the inside of 1992-2000 civics and I've noticed that they do not have rear head rests, does this apply to all of the civics of this year? Why would these cars not have head rests but some of the 1988-1991 models do?? Isn't it a step backwards NOT to have head rests? What models of civics DO have back seat head rests and which ones don't?

Can you put the rear seats from a '91 civic sedan into a '92 civic sedan?

I know some overseas models of '92-'95 and '96-'00 sedans (and hatches for that matter) had headrests. I believe it was an option for them. For the 5th gen sedans there is a bracket welded to the body which holds the headrest in place.

US didn't have this option.
