Default Need new brake pads, suggestions?

I just recently had my front brake pads changed and now I need the back changed. However the OEM pads dont work to sell since the car shakes when i brake at high speed soo Im thinking off getting some online instead. Any suggestions? Im a car noob , is the job easy to do it myself? I read online its pretty easy and I think Im going to do it myself. thanks for the input. Forgot to add that, the car is a 03 Honda Accord lx

Changing the rear pads is a little different than the front. The piston has to be rotated clockwise and pushed in (a large needle nose pliers will work). Use the shims that are on the OEM pads on the new pads, if the new pads don't come with them. You should be able to just remove the bottom bolt on the caliper, and rotate the caliper up. This makes changing the pads easier.

any one have suggestions on 2008 V6 coupe rotor and pad repalcements? Something not to expensive, that would aid in braking performance? Plus, I'm a looks kinda guy, so slotted or drilled is cool look.
