ok the tire is going to be 205/50/15 obviously, but as the story goes with Falken, the tire wider than 205mm.........so what do i have to do to get the least amount/NO rubbing?? what offset will i need for the wheel???

I would say between 38 and 42 would be safe because 45 offset you'll rub in and 38 offset lower you will rub on the outer by the fenderwell.
