im going to order ground controls monday. they are gonna be matched up with stock struts(5th gen) and i dont want to blow the stut so whats a good spring rate to get for a daily driver?

and does anyone have the pic of how to cut the bump stop and how to set it up..its like a diagram. kronn98 posted it before, cant find it tho

thanks

i have GC's on stock struts, i would suggest against it unless if you're only to lower like 1-1.5". it's better in the long run to have just ordered strut and spring together or even a full coilover.

I basically have the same question, because I bought some off-the-shelf GCs and they are way too soft. Anyone know what the factory spring rates are for them?

Based on that, I would guess that 450F/400R would be the way to go for me. I like highspeed turns without body-roll.

and also nolimitmotorsport.com can do spring rates so u dont have to get them over gc website. there like 75 dollars cheaper

I searched for 30 minutes and couldn't find the original thread, maybe someone else is familiar with it. But here is the diagram: (front and rear are the exact same minus the O-rings)
