i just bought an 89 prelude. it was running fine. i diove it about 50 miles to my house no problems. i drove it to get it inspected. it failed the emissions test. it had bad gas in the tank so i burned it all off in hopes that new gas would solve my emmisions prob. but for some reaon it wont start now. it turns and makes a winding sound. but refuses to start. can anyone help me. i would hate to have lost the money i already put in it.
