GOD! These manufacturers will put JDM on just about anything.
I wasn't aware of Honda offering lowering options on their Japanese Domestic Market Accords.

These don't happen to a set available on EBay Huh?
Ebay items are often overstocks, obsolete or stuff that just didn't sell.
You may have run afoul of the dreaded "Flying Fickle Fingers" syndrome. Someone wasn't paying attention.
