extended studs with stock open ended lug nuts?

Will I still have enough room for a socket to loosen/tighten the shallow stock open ended lug nuts with extended wheel studs?

It depends on how far the studs extend beyond the wheels. At a minimum, you will probably need a deep socket, rather than a standard socket.
