I have a 1996 Honda Civic DX Four Door. As for the shocks and spring, i have no idea. So rice one I bought with the car. Normal ride height, but WAS lowered about 2 in. Tie rod came loose once. Just a history report about what I've experienced with this car.
But the problem is, my front left tire is tilted into the wheel well. Negative camber angle. And I have NOO idea why? If you need pics. Tell me.

Does the car have aftermarket front upper control arms? If you don't know or cannot tell, jack the nose up and let the suspension droop down, so that you can get a good, clear shot of the inside of the wheel well. Some people put aftermarket upper control arms in the cars to add or subtract camber.
If you know the car doesn't have something like that, then something is bent. Has the car ever been in an accident?

wow, thats definately some major camber. which its even wierder cause its that bad with the car jacked up, cant imagine how bad it gets when the car is on the ground with weight on it. Does the hub bearing have play in it?
Good thing you posted the other side, it gives us the chance to tell you whats wrong with the car.
It is your knuckle, it is for 17+ year old civics
This is what its supposed to look like:
Which is how any EK/DC/EG knuckle looks like
This however:
Last time i saw one of those was in a 88 civic 4wd!!

simple. the steering geometry on the older civics pre 92 are not the same.
thats why you cant just swap the 5 lug set up off an itr on the da and ef cars. the steering will get all messed up.

The brake calipers are even different. The knuckle on the left side looks like it may be from a '90-91 CRX Si, judging by what appears to be a Nissin 16CL13VN caliper. Edit: Upon closer inspection, looks like it's from a '90-93 Integra or '90-91 Civic EX because it has a 10.3" rotor on that side compared to the 9.6" rotor on the right side. Caliper is a 17CL14VN, not a 16CL13VN - you can tell by the shape of the pad backing plate. If you tried to replace your front brake pads or rotors, you'd find that you couldn't use the same parts on both sides!
'88-91 Civics had different suspension geometries from '92 and later models; that's why the alignment is so far off.

By the way, you'll also want to pick up some tires that aren't bald, and it would be a great idea to get OEM-type lug nuts to replace those tuner lug nuts.
That car has definitely had a hard life, judging by the body damage up front, the tire rub marks in the wheel wells, and the missing spash shields.

haha my buddy once put a DA Integra knuckle on his EK hatch, on the same side as on your car! The knuckle itself is taller than EK knuckles, which makes the upper control arm tilt up farther, causing the major negative camber on that side.
