i ordered a tociko kit to lower my car 1.5 inches. few days later, the fronts struts blew. is is possible the shop switched the springs or something? the front looks very low, but the back looks stock height. also, is it possible to use stock struts on the front and keep the tocikos on the rear without blowing the fronts or my car handling wierd?

 

There are differences between OEM struts and those modified for dropping purposes. The "drop" strut will collapse to a shorter length that the OEM to make up for the shortened suspension travel.
As to you query about mis-matched Springs / Struts; you'll have to take that up with who(m)ever you purchased them from. Hopefully it won't be a EBay store......

i got em from parts train. but i meant that is it possible to put the rear springs on the front and cause the struts to blow?

 

i dont think its possible ... but the bigger strut/spring go in the rear ... smaller strut/spring go in front ...

 

guess so....i'll just order some more tocikos and put em. thanks.
