Well I want to use the stock system but would like to upgrade the speakers, I know they are 6.5" all round but was not sure of the mounting depths, if some one can tell me the mounting depths on the front and the rears it would be great help.

Also I am going with the 4 way Pioneer Premier speakers TS-A642P, decent speakers will definately improve the stock head unit performance.

Any insght???

If I was doing this I'd take one out and bring it to the store to see my options. lol Everytime I measure something then go to the store and get it they ended up not fiting for some reason. So now I just take whatever needs to be replace or buy extra of with me to the store.

 

The pioneer 4 ways are nice speakers and usually pioneer keeps their magnets and baskets pretty shallow and slim so you won't have a problem there.

You shouldn't be worried about the mounting depth too much (from what I can remember), the only speaker I can think of off the top of my head that would give you any troubles would be the infinity reference series 6.5".

I just replaced my Reference series Infinities with the Infinity Kappa 6.5" components in the front and Infinity Kappa 6.5"s in the rear and they fit perfect (just like the references did)

From what I remember, You should be golden
