I have a 92 accord 5speed, and im having a poblem with nocking noise in the front left hand side. I can hear it when it hit a bump on the road also when the car is off and I rock it back and foward. today I also noticed that when I moved the stearing wheel while the car was stoped it maded a squicking\cracking noise. If anyone can give me a hand that will be great.

 

Sounds like you've got more than a few issues here.
The knock when going over a bump sounds like an Upper Strut Mount
The creaking sounds like a dry ball joint (sealed for life, can't lubricate them) or a frame mounted Sway Bar bushing.

I have to offer this (however).
These are only quesses. It's extreamly difficult offering a clear diagnosis without the two pages of back&forths involved in getting a handle on this stuff. Sometimes even listening to it directly can be a long drawn-out process.
