Does OEM ITR Lip fit on a GSR 00 front?

Does OEM ITR Lip fit on a GSR 00 front?
I am just trying to double check if the USDM OEM front lip will fit on a non ITR front bumper.
The employee at the parts department wasn't sure if they were similar or not.
In the system the ITR front bumper had a different part number than the 98-01 front.

isn't there some federal law that a manufacturer has to make replacement parts for 10 years after the car was made? i remember reading about this a long time ago. if that's true it means that the lips are still sold by acura. i'm sure the rest of the oem optional lip kit is long gone though.
just checked acuraoemparts.com, the lip is on there for $379 + sh.
