Instrument Cluster, Turn Signals, and First Wiper Setting Died (searched... sucks)

Instrument Cluster, Turn Signals, and First Wiper Setting Died (searched... sucks)
The car is a 94 DX to clarify what kind of electrical mayhem I have laid out.
The Bad:
-No speedometer, tachometer, gas gauge or temp gauge in cluster.
-No first intermittent wiper setting
-No clock next to speedometer
-No turn signals
The good
-Everything else works fine
-No blown fuses.
I haven't gotten to tear everything apart but one place to check is the wiring harness ground... any relays of sort to check?
