Default Question re: transmission fluid leak

Hi...I have a 1994 Honda Accord LX with a little over 106,000 miles on it. I've noticed some fluid leaking, though it was oil but found out today that it is transmission fluid. The place I brought it to said it's either the Rear Main Seal or the Transmission Seal. They said they do not do the work there because either the engine or the transmission needs to be removed in order to do it.

Any ideas/thoughts on this? Is this a huge job?

Thanks!!

If it's in the vicinity between the engine block and the transmission case, most likely either the rear main seal (engine oil) or the Converter shaft seal (Trans fluid) is leaking.
Sorry son, but it's a huge job.
