Default '00 Black ITR... How much would you Pay?

So I've got a great opportunity in front of me, and the window for me to take it is closing fast, so I figure I should ask the guys who have been in this situation before

Here are the stats (that I know of thus far):
2000 Black ITR
Clean Title
117,000 miles
No rust / body damage of any kind
BONE STOCK (possible suspension drop, but I'm not sure yet)
garage-kept (but winter-driven)
No supposed leaks or creaks

What kind of price tag would you guys expect to see on this car?

I am from California so I try to avoid buying any car that has been driven in the winter.

If it was bone stock and 100% mint w/ 117k miles for a 00 FBP I would pay ~14k-ish.

Really tough call tho, everyone values their car a lil different. So many factors depend on the price.

Also, wasn't sure if it was worth noting because I'm not sure if it's an option or standard, but it's leather interior, apparently pretty clean, too.

Thanks for the responses thus far

Leather was not an option. If it has different seats. I would look more into it before making a decision. They come with black suede with red stitched seats.

If it has leather seats then the OEM ones were swapped. I'd be curious to find out what else is up with that caR in that case.

Really? Damn... Now I'm shaded out. Since the guy is supposedly being deployed in Iraq in a few weeks and I'm stuck in another state until then, I think I'm gonna have a buddy go and check it out for me to give me a heads up.
He's fairly knowledgeable when it comes to cars, but his focus is domestic (focusfanatics.com, etc...).

Do all the itr's come with the faux cf trim or is that just the JDM version? I want him to look for little things like that, and of course I want to see the engine tag. Where do I tell him to look to find the 'B18C5' stamped on the engine?
Any other pointers for me to tell him to look for are appreciated..

Where you located?

I've got an 00 FBP I'm selling... JDM front end and mods, but the motor is being rebuilt right now, with all new bearings/rings and all that jazz. Just a thought since this one might have issue's with the leather and all.

But I would ask more questions or steer away based on that seat issue.

Based on what I'm readin, there are a few other things shadin me out now...
Aside from the leather interior, I'm noticing the shift **** is the black rubber just like the one that came in my 94 GSR (aparently the 00 itr's come with a titanium-look shift ****).

I'm thinkin it's a GSR with an ITR lip... I'm curious to see what is beneath the hood..

Alright. This thing has got to be a fake. As if it wasn't shady enough, the page was just flagged for removal. Here are some pics, anyway:

Can't tell a whole lot via those pics...

"could" be itr rims

Definitely NOT ITR seats.

Any pics of the cluster? What about side profile of the car? Can't quite tell if it has side moldings or a sun roof from those pics.

Er wait... looks like it DOES have side moldings on that last pic... lower left.

Me guess = NOT ITR

Yeah saw it on Seattle's Craiglist earlier today and now it's gone. I'd say pass on this car for sure.
