Gauges and turn signals won't work
I have a 93 civic ex coupe mt, as I was driving I hit the turn signal and my gauges went dead. Now the gauges wont move and turn signals do nothing, the hazards work though. At first I thought it was the relay or the light indicator switch, changed both but still nothing.. I relize now that I have a short somewhere, because of the fact the hazard fuse keeps popping. I'm using a test light but i can't seem to find the problem.. any suggestion on where to look?

Hazard light switch is working properly, and yes i changed the turn signal switch,I don't know where to go from here............ Btw when I turn on the car the check engine light usually comes on then turns off, but it does not even come on anymore, also my clock won't come on.
The turn signals work through the hazard switch when it is in the OFF position. The hazards operate in the ON position. Therefore, the short may only occur with the hazard switch OFF and one of the turn signals ON. As shown in the diagram, testing the hazard switch is pretty easy.
With respect to the CEL and clock problem, fuse 32 under the hood is probably blown.
