Default Apex'i N1 99 Spec coilovers

I just picked up some Apex'i N1 99 spec coilovers for cheap. I have a couple of questions about them.

1.) Any one have any reviews on these bad boys?
2.) What or how do I adjust "stroke" (stroke adjustment)
3.) How do I preload the spring? (One of the springs can be spun around)
4.) How many levels of dampening adjustment does this set up have? (Counted 42 clicks from all the way clockwise to counter clock wise)

Any information would help a lot. I tried searching but came out with nothing.

Thanks in advance
