Default Help Installing EDM/JDM Rear fog light on 96-00 Honda Civic

I just ordered the fog today(Left side)
I would like to know how to wire the lamp.
i was thinking about getting the power source from the parking lights and install a switch so i can turn them off/on.
also like to know the best place to install the fog light. any problem with the bumper support bar?

my best guess on the rear lights
try to find a way to hold them on the botom of bumper inless your going to cut holes in the bumper..
