Is this normal???
HI, sorry for another stupid question. I have a 1990 accord ex, when i drive the car for a while (20 minutes or so) and then park the car and turn off the car, one of the radiator fan stays on for about 5 minutes or so. Its the right side fan (passager side). Is that normal? I thought on cars after you turn off the engine and remove the key, everything should shut off. Someone please help me.
Oh another question, whenever i start up the car the rpm needle stays at 0 but after driving for a mile or so, the rpm needle jumps back up and works normal until i shut off the car and restart it later it does it again, stays at zero for a short while and works normal again. What would be the cause for that and how can i check.
So sorry for dumb questions.

Ryan, don't worry. The only dumb question is the one left unasked.
It is normal, and you'd have worst issues if it didn't do that.
The tachometer is another story however. That is not normal.
I suspect the tachometer gauge itself, since we have present a tach signal (the car runs ok), and there's no associated CEL (Check Engine Lamp).
