In general, H&R are known to have "stiffer" spring rates (Civic) versus Neuspeed. But, do a search to make sure.

H&R Sports for the Civic and Integra at least, have a good drop but tend to be pretty soft, not too harsh and bearable to drive.

at the moment I have the H&R sport for the accord paired with illuminas. The setting in the front is max to 5 and the car is still little bit bouncy but tolerable.

I really like the lowered look on it right now, its like almost slammed but not the front is much lower in the back with the bump stop cut in half.

I am looking for a new springs that will lower it like the H&R sport but stiffer.

Do you think that the shocks might be the problem?
