i would say whats your priority, looks or speed... the gsr will probably be faster and the ls one would look nicer because no more rust? i dunno lol...

well i cant speak for either car cuz i have not seen em in real life yet, and thats the only REAL way to tell the value of a car. But think of it like this. If you buy a clean title, 8-9/10 eg your prolly spending 3-5k depending on options mileage and year. thats stock, and a GSR swap costs roughly 2500-3500 depending on MANY factors. maybe even more if taken to a shop. so combined value is about 7+ thousand dollars on a gsr swapped eg. or thats what its supposed to be. ive seen em for 3k ive seen em for 10k. its hard to tell with

if you catch my drift. i would say, go see the car irl. tell the guy to price it, then start the lowballing and work your way up to a price u can both agree on. it worked with my brothers stock gsr, dude was sellin it for 4k we hacked it down to 2850 lol! runs hard and strong, some AC and PS problems that we took care of cheap, but the point is, since it HAD problems, we could take it down so low. you gotta be a jew (no offense to any jews) when it comes to modded cars and todays economy. goodluck man ur gonna need it
