Default Axle question HELP FAST RS,GS,LS????

I was at the part store today getting a passenger side axle. I drive an auto 94 acura integra ls, could be rs, or gs...not sure just bought it...They guy asks me if the car is vtec...and i tell him its non vtec then he asks if it is an rs or (not rs) as he puts it. and i say no...he gives me an axle that didn't work. It seemed too big.

What i need to know is if he actuality gave me the wrong axle, by determining if all the axles are actually the same for (b series) or not... SO are they??

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE FOR RS??

might need to ask him if he give you an auto or 5 speed but the main thing is that, does your car have abs or not......
