assembly lube ??

ok when assembling motor what lube u guys use ??

can i use stp oil treatment as assembly lube ? or whats good and not suoper expensive.

last time I used a permatex brand assembly lube. Looked kinda like thw Torco brand. So I thought what the heck.

Don't use oil unless you wanna [freak] your **** up. Get a decent assembly lube, and when you're putting **** together, Plastigage for clearances, unless you don't want that motor to last...

I use Lucas hyperlube. its like honey and will work perfect. pretty cheap for a large bottle as well.
