another clutch issue
So i did a search and didn't find anything quite similar to my situation. It rained last night and this morning when i went to start my car i noticed i could push my clutch all the way in and it was like there was no resistance until you reached the disengaging point which had moved towards the front of the car. It was like this for a while but as i got closer to work, the clutch seemed to return to normal... wtf is going on?
Check for a leaking clutch master cylinder on the inside of the car. Look up under where your clutch pedal is with a flashlight, and I think you will see what I am talking about. If not there could also be slave cylinder issues (on the trans.), a leaky clutch line, etc. This is a good place to start however there are many other issues that could be affecting your clutch. Good luck!

agreed above, i had that issue where its like you only have half a clutch pedal, my problem was low fluid level, and found out that it was the master clutch cylinder, i could see it leaking down the inside of the firewall, if the leak is not bad you can keep adding fluid until you get a chance to change the cylinder out, if it gets too low its gonna get close to impossible to change gears
- i got out in the middle of no where, no fluid and my resevoir was very low, i had to borrow just a little fluid from brake resevior to put into clutch to make it back to safety,

You should bleed your clutch line, it is possible that you got air in your hydraulic line. I had the same problem and that is what i did, and it has been fine every sense. You said that it was raining out, so that means the temperature has dropped, this could cause one of your seals to leak a little causing air to enter the hydraulic line.

True, but the only way to get air into the hydraulic line is a leak somewhere...
